It has that great period halo effect that only immense time can create.This soldier has a rifle with a sword bayonet, a rifleman's buckle, a stag handle Bowie knife and a pistol both stuck in his belt. On his kepi are the backwards letters NHV, an infantry horn with a "9" inside it, and the letter "I" above it.
