NICE US CIVIL WAR MODEL 1860 CAVALRY SWORD: In very good original condition. 40 ½ inch overall length. Very good brass hilt bearing an untouched age patina throughout.

Very good grip retaining most of its original leather wrapping and 100% original wiring. Very good 34 5/8th inch blade with some small nicks on the cutting edge and surface staining on the steel. Blade and hilt are perfectly tight together. In its very good original steel scabbard bearing an untouched age patina throughout. A classic Civil War saber!
