These flags were dated from the Civil war through circa 1898. The flag that these remnants came from must of made one beautiful flag. The flag pieces are made of silk sewn in a quilted style.

Edged in gold and silver cord threading. The flag pole is topped with a Liberty Hat. There are embroidered remnants with the embroidered letters for New York. This display case that houses the pieces of remnants they are laying in is: 14 1/4" x 20 1/4". This will give you an idea of the sizes of the pieces.

This will make a great display piece. They have been stored in a barn since the 1970's. This is a collection of assorted military items from the 18th thru the 20th century. The collection includes the original printing plates used to create the Bannerman's catalog. Also included is a collection of W. I items with many 77th Division LOST BATTALION items. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
