1/4 plate tintype Civil War soldier & family, perhaps celebrating a visit home

This 1/4 plate tintype illustrates the feeling of community and family during the war. Women and men can be seen in various poses with foliage in the background. Upon close inspection the light haired young man in the middle is dressed in a military uniform. Perhaps they are celebrating him visiting on leave or at the completion of his service.
