This is a Antique Civil War Hospital Bed made of cast Iron - Metal. It came from a Estate near Fort Morgan, Alabama Area, owners says it originally came from Ft. After Civil War, been in family for years. Its very solid, light rusting, some black paint left on surface, has Eagle, 13 stars with wheel , crossed Sword and Key emblem on both pieces. It also has slot for rod at base and headboard made for Mosquito Net & covering over bed.
