C1830's Pre CIVIL War Mother Of Pearl Us Eagle Head Sword With Scabbard Guard

For your consideration is an original pre-Civil War sword and scabbard from the 1830s with the rare mother of pearl handle. It measures approximately 36.5 inches long and weighs just over 2 pounds. It has not been cleaned or polished, it is in original condition. See photos for cosmetic blemishes. It is missing a small piece of the pearl on one side.
