Civil War Buff Belt & Buckle- Bayonet and Scabbard. A nice set that appears to have always been together.

The buff belt has no markings. The belt plate is an ORIGINAL, with some luster remaining in protected areas. Leather showing wear, but overall in very good condition. The 1855 socket bayonet marked only with an"S" on the flat of the lower blade, and "41" on the bottom of the socket.

The blade has some toning but still clean with smooth metal. The scabbard leather is bridle leather and shows chipping along the edges.

No bends or open stitching, with the tip till tightly affixed. The buff leather frog is very good and appears to be unmarked.
