Great pose, though why he is wearing crossed cannons I cannot tell. Identified from album page of a large 6th Mass album I have. Residence Lowell MA; a 28 year-old Cigar Maker. Enlisted on 8/14/1862 as a Private. On 8/31/1862 he mustered into "G" Co.

He was Mustered Out on 6/3/1863 at Lowell, MA. On 7/15/1864 he was commissioned into "G" Co. He was Mustered Out on 10/27/1864 at Readville, MA. Sources used by Historical Data Systems, Inc.
