CIVIL War Era Summa Bondon Vallo Folding Lantern

A Civil War Era Summa Bondon & Vallo triangle-shaped folding candle lantern. The translucent panels are made of mica, however one is missing, others are compromised due to usage. Candle is original, drippings inside the lantern are impressive, carbon markings from usage is intact and adds to the incredible patina of this rare and unusual and rather functional item. Marked with impress on the back. Dimensions: 7" tall not including the handle or feet Face are 4 1/4" across.
