Dug Civil War Union Buckle, Belt Plate Winchester VA. Found by Harry Ridgeway at the 3rd Battle Site in Winchester, Virginia. This is a variant buckle that has a high dome face & the Hooks under the "U".

Has all three hooks & a small amount of original leather belt attached to back. Face has some period dents & dings from use.
