Excavated Civil War Puppy Paw US Belt Plate

Very nice excavated Civil War US puppy paw belt plate. This plate is in excellent, preserved condition and has all three attachments on the reverse.

It has a nice chocolate brown patina and a good amount of lead on the back. The location of recovery of this plate has been lost to time. A beautiful plate with all three hooks. Will come in a riker case for display.
