Civil War escutcheon display of John W. Rose of the 115th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry.

According to the document, Rose was shot in the left leg at 2nd Manassas and wounded a second time at Gettysburg in the right arm. The document was framed with the accompanying tintype (6th plate tintype) and CDV during the restoration process.
