Civil War Era US Army Cavalry Non-Regulation Leather Holster for Colt Model 1860 Army Revolver - Original - Very Nice Condition - RARE. This is an Original Holster. The leather is still soft and supple. There are surface cracks on the surface of the leather, some areas of crazing. The end plug of the holster is not present. Small tear on the corner of the flap.

The retention stud, looks like a replacement. No visible markings or dates. Nice condition for the age and usage of these item.

The holster is approximately 13" long x 5" wide. These are RARE and seldom seen offered for sale. This is a Very Nice example of a commercially available holster (Non-Regulation) that was widely used during the Civil War by soldiers on both sides of the conflict. Considering this holster is over 150+ years and had probably served in several conflicts, it is in Very Nice Condition.

Don't hesitate on this holster. It will not last long at this price.
