Description: Here we have an Amazing Piece of History, an Original Hand Forged Wrought Iron Slave Collar! This was made and used from the 18th to mid 19th century time period. If you look at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History Collection, there is a slave collar that is exactly like this one, in their collection. I found this here in A small Texas town. This exhibits the correct wear and patina that it should, being as old as it is.

You rarely see these in original form like this. Also it looks like it had some designs throughout the sides, but they are somewhat worn down from use over time. You dont find Civil War era or Black Americana pieces like this that often! Dont miss this opportunity for this amazing piece of history!
