Watrous who was a commercial artist for GE in Schenectady, NY 1940's - 1970's. The watercolor is of Union Soldiers going home after a hard and sobering War.

As seen in the picture there was a rip that was repaired but still needs some work. I know the artist; he was my uncle.. Time to let it go.. If your aa civil war buff this is a keeper.
