Image has some fading as shown but a scarce image of an identified civil war drummer boy. Arkansas photographer studio credit on back as the 12. Infantry was in Arkansas in 1863 and 1864 records show. Other photos in the collection were also from studios in Arkansas while some were from Michigan.
