When fired the base fuze would ignite & pop 1.5 seconds after fired. Like getting shot with a blackjack firecracker. This bullet is still fully intact!!!

In 20 years I've only found 5 others in serious collector's hands. This is the actual bullet pictured on page 54 in Dean Thomas' "A Handbook of Civil War Bullets & Cartridges". I mean, this is the bullet Dean Thomas pictured for his book.
