Tiencken Civil War Era Amputation Saw

My research shows that this is a c. 1860 Bone/amputation Saw made in New York City by Tinecken instrument company. The saw blade is about 10 and 1/2 in and overall length of 16 inches.

They were contracted with the US government during the civil war to make surgical instruments. It's in good condition and extremely Sharp. His great uncle was a doctor I believe in New York. I can probably get his name.
