On one side of the blade. The King's Head stamp was for a Weyersberg blade which Horstmann and Son used for their higher grade sword blades. A Knight's Head (helmeted head) is for the Kirschbaum & Co.
The etching is a little faded, but you can still see the stand of arms, United States flag, USMC, and E. The USMC etching is very faded. Original leather grips with thin wire wrap.
The blade measures 35.75 inches overall with the blade itself measuring 30 inches. The brass guard is stamped No. There is a very small amount of gilding left inside the etching.
