Victorian Civil War 1/4th Plate Tintype Photograph Militia Solider American Flag

Very interesting 1/4th Plate Tintype/melainotype taken I assume early on or right on the cusp of the civil war. The soldier wears a high collar with stripes and rests His hand on a book that's sitting on an American flag draped table.

This image has a southern feel to me personally but that's just my opinion. Comes in a period wood frame ready to hang on a wall. Just a overall interesting and striking image. Image is in very very good antique condition with minimal wear.
