There is some chipping in the blade following its use on an unknown battlefield. The handle/guard is adorned with a Tudor Rose, a pommel in the style of a "Phrygian" helmet, a Knight's Templar-style cross guard adorned with two more Tudor Roses arranged in the shape of daggers, and a still well intact handle following its heavy use.
It's a wonderful antique and collectible, but I believe it will be better in the hands of someone who may appreciate the significance of this incredibly unique sword more than I. I just want to be transparent about that for you folks. Please note: there is one defect in this sword. This is a very delicate item and should be treated as such.
